Partnership Process
1. Online application
A. Fill out the Global Partner Application Form (including company background, market plan, funding proof, etc.);
B. Upload business license and industry qualification documents (in both Chinese and English versions).
2. Preliminary review
A. Provide feedback on the audit results within 7 working days, matching the regional agent level (such as provincial/national/exclusive agent);
B. Arrange an online meeting after approval to discuss the details of cooperation between both parties.
3. On site inspection (optional)
A. Invite potential partners to visit the factory or product experience center (or provide virtual reality display);
B. Review the hardware facilities such as storage and sales outlets of the other party.
4. Signing and Authorization
A. Sign a Distribution/Agency Agreement to clarify sales targets, regional protection policies, and rebate mechanisms;
B. Issue an official authorization letter and open a partner exclusive account (for order management and downloading training materials).
5. Launch support
A. Training phase: Provide training on product knowledge, technical maintenance, brand visual specifications, etc;
B. Marketing support: Share brand promotional materials (graphics/videos), jointly develop localized promotion plans;
C. First order discount: Enjoy discounts or shipping subsidies for the first batch of orders.
6. Long term cooperation
A. Regularly evaluate sales performance, and partners who meet the standards can upgrade their agency permissions;
B. Provide priority purchasing rights for new products, eligibility to participate in global dealer summits, and other benefits.
