Forge ahead: Conquering the difficult obstacles of certification
After receiving the task assigned by the company, the R&D team quickly engaged in intense preparation work. They deeply studied and digested the relevant standards, and after multiple professional trainings from the certification agency, they gradually completed a series of complex and critical steps including standard conversion, prototype assembly, simulation testing, rectification, formal testing, document preparation, and submission of materials. During this process, team members were undaunted by difficulties, testing braking performance under the scorching sun from August to September 2024, testing electromagnetic interference EMC in the heat from September to October, and carefully conducting various tests such as parking angle and tilt tests in the laboratory, ultimately successfully obtaining the certification at the beginning of 2025.
